While it is not an actual UHaul "store", it was managed very well, friendly, and efficiently! (Some other franchisee locations can be less than comfortable or as pleasant).
STUART ZYour app was very easy to use. I did have a problem when I picked up the truck. The key from the lockbox did not fit the truck that I was assigned to. Luckily, I called customer support and they were able to reassign me to a different truck.
