I rented 12 blankets and was told it was in the truck, no blankets. I rented an appliance dolly. No dolly. I had to rent dolly and blankets at another uhaul. Not only was it a hassle to drive to another uhaul putting additional miles on my uhaul but I was overcharged.

Laura DI was not notified of the location change for equipment pick up. I arrived at the original location and when I tried to pick up, was directed to call customer assistance. Was told wait time was 1 hour (it was actually less than 10 minutes). Customer service should have contacted ME PRIOR TO PICK UP so I did not have to go to 2 locations and delay my move. This happened with my daughter's last reservation as well and we were redirected to 2 locations and it took over 2 hours to pick up the truck. If pick up locations change, the customer should be contacted immediately to avoid delays instead of having the customer arrive at the location only to find out they have to go somewhere else.
