Will def use next time, might have been the fastest rental I've ever done with uhaul,the gentleman working was on point
danny sCustomer service was good, great conversation…BUT….I felt unsafe in the U-Haul once I really started driving..drivers front tire very wobbly even thought I was driving on a flat. I ordered a dolly(of course) no dolly. U-Haul had me almost 2 days late for my move..the first retailer I went to gave my U-Haul away!!! This was most certainly the worst experience with U-Haul. I’ll definitely look to other companies before returning.
LAQUATIA WThere is no signage to know where to park your car. I ask another couple that was picking up their truck rental and they had no idea either. The pick up process was quick and painless. However the truck itself had an error message for low air in the tire. And both sun visors were broken and hung in the way!!
