The trailer had a hole in it on the front which allowed water to enter and soak two items inside during this move. as i had covered the hole with tape, i assume that there was additional damage on the trailer that was not obvious. There was no one from U-Haul at the location during the pickup and no other trailers available to use. this trailer should be removed from service until properly repaired.

MICHAEL HThe office was a small metal box with a dilapidated storm door. Very dirty environment. I had to take the rubber Matt out and power wash it. I could not believe how nasty the inside of the van was. In fact, I needed to clean the entire inside of the van before I used it. This was the first time I used this location and it will be the last. I wouldn’t think there would be many repeat customers. I don’t believe U-Haul would want to expose a new customer to this location. Had iI been a first time user of the U-haul brand, I would have cancelled my reservation on the spot.
BILLY FLocation was closed. Parking lot had pot holes. They didn’t have the right truck for me. No one called to inform me of any of it. They ran late .
