The app didn’t work and I had to call in to take the pictures. I am also not happy that the tank was empty (30 miles of gas) and the phone rep couldn’t give me an idea of mpg to assume. I ended up putting more gas I needed, I put in 6 gallons for 20 miles…..
Kevin LMy only disappointment was I ordered and paid for a 1/2 dozen packing blankets. They were not in the truck and when I went in to pay, I didn't think to ask for them. Either way, I believe I was charged but will check. Otherwise, I have booked at the location in the past and my experience has been great. Thank you.

James VThe application accessed by the text message to my cell phone was awkward and dysfunctional. It seemed at first to be well thought out as it would record the basic condition of the rented vehicle with the various photos. However, it failed to save the photos taken at each step of the process and because I received a phone call before completing what I assume was the final step, it did not allow me to resume and complete the process. When I accessed it again via the link in the text message, the process was started at the beginning again. A second phone delayed me from again completing the final step of the process. The third attempt to complete the process resulted in receiving a message the link had expired. The rented vehicle performed as expect but it did have a significant rattle that sounded as though there was a very loose brake component in the driver's front area. The storage bag for a moving blanket was open and did not contain a moving blanket.
