The movers never showed up. I never received a cancelation notice or nobody tried to reschedule with a different company. I will not suggest anyone to use your moving “partners” I scheduled it because I believe they were serious not a joke that they turned out to be

Confirmed there were no pads in the van with customer service, who was very nice. Confirmed it on the app too, where I think final reconciliation happens. Got charged for them anyways. Don’t want to spend half my day to fight for the $10 refund, but it’s not a great look. The equipment and pick up were fine.
Whitney EThis instance was my worst U-Haul experience ever. Difficult to find checkout location. Access to check-in and checkout were both blocked by other company sharing the parking lot Photos didn't work at all / after multiple attempts had to call & wait for an older version of the app to add photos. Waisted / lost 1-1.55 hours trying to checkout. Then, the key unlock was frozen and when finally opened the key was jammed inside the lock.
