Owen one of your customer service representative went above and beyond to help get me on the road. I had some electrical issues getting the lights to work on trailer I was picking up. Owen took the time to find the damage wires and repair them so I could get on the road. Its great seeing someone that actually knows what customer service is but chooses to go well beyond that to help a customer. The type of attitude and willingness Owen showed to go the extra distance is what establishes life time customers for your company. I'll recommend and use this U-Haul location every chance I get.

It took 55 minutes to pick up my trailer that we were renting. Having one person to work the store by himself is pretty ridiculous. I was not impressed by being able to see all of the construction going on in the other half of the building. Make it more discreet.

At the return location, the guy told my husband that we had to pay for dolly mentioned above and that we had to call the store in Yakima in order to get a refund. I had to call the other store, which there was no answer, and refuse to leave until the issue was resolved in order to get this guy to tell me that he could in fact help me by taking the dolly off and issuing me a refund. I had to get angry in order for this guy to be helpful, which I don’t like to do as I work in customer service as well. My next move will definitely not be through this location.

The person that helped check us in and out had no personality. Seemed like he hated his job, not at all friendly. Barely 2 words out of him each time, never asked how the equipment was, no thank you, nothing.

Good morning, The staff was highly overworked, and extremely helpful. I do know that the store is in the middle of a remodel, and the staff worked hard to keep the business moving. There were several customers waiting for over 15 plus minutes like me to return their vehicle, but with phone calls, vehicle maintenance, and all the related daily operations, these two were constantly moving. Not a one of us were upset. No one complained, and we spoke of the worth of waiting. Both employees that Saturday were of a huge value to your company. If the customer does all the online check-in then don’t make them redo it at the store. I was told it would cut my time at the store in half and maybe it did but I had to go through all the same information that I already put into the website. So what’s the point? How many times do I need to say no to additional insurance?

The location was fine. What was not fine was that I booked a truck online at this location but was sent to another location to pick up a truck. The other location did not rent trucks on Sundays. So I called the 800 number and was sent to another location. Once I got to that location I was told that they did not have a truck. So that location checked their system, saw that this location had 2 trucks available and called them to make sure. I drove an extra 20 miles out of my way when 2 trucks a mile away were available. Great customer service in the store, but the service center people need retaining.

The guys in the store couldn't do anything to improve, they are top notch with customer service. The call center people however have huge vast universal size room for improvement couldnt be more disgusted by the call centers rude disrespectful ignorant call center dipshits. Everytime I call I ask for the store if not I will hang up or drive my ass to the actual store just to ask a question cause everytime the call center does something they screw it all to up turning the whole plan into shit.

If you tell someone they get a free storage unit, follow through with it. I was in a UHual store for 2.5 hours getting it figured out, this happened on moving day so lots of wasted time.
