I drove 50 miles and got charged 100 miles no paperwork done before I left premises of Uhaul. (complete different approach to prior renting) No paperwork done after return. I will never recommend this location to anybody. Tank almost empty when I got it, return with half tank full. I consider this place as shame to your company.

Lot not well lit. Difficult to see where to enter for an night drop off. Located on a one way street so had to go around twice to find the lot entrance .

This store cancels customers online reservations to force us to go into the store to complete the rental. The employees refuse to wear masks and I have personally had their employees try to talk me out of wearing my own mask and practicing social distancing. They also added unauthorized charges to my bill BOTH times that I was forced to use their vehicles.
