Customer service representative was very nice but once i got code and got to vehicle, the interior was dirty and seats, steering wheel were sticky and vehicle smelled like smoke. I had to clean interior myself. Outside vehicle had scratches and dents and also, there was no windshield wiper fluid so had to make random stops to clean windshield. Maybe one time issue with previous person dropping off so if needed, I would use them again.

Horrible location. Staff is inexperienced and unprofessional, not the experience Im used at Uhaul stores!
