The truck was dirty inside, empty water bottle and snack wrappers. The cup holder had liquid and trash in it too. I received the truck with about 5/8 of a tank and returned it that way, however they claimed the truck was full when I checked it out.
ALEXANDER WTHE LAST FEW RENTAL I HAVE HAD THE VAN IS ALWAYS DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT. ALSO NOT UNDERSTANDING THE MILEAGE EITHER. I TRAVEL ONLY 20-30 MILES AND I END UP PUTTING IN $30 OF GAS. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. HOW MILES TO A GALLON DO THE VAN USE? THE PEOPLE WORKING THE DESK DONT KNOW THAT INFORMATION OR CANT EXPAIN IT.

Robert SBooked for in person pick up. Store was closed when we get there. Call the number on the front of the store and they said someone will be there soon. No one showed up. Called customer service. No one seemed to care and forced to do mobile check in. Wasted 2 hours.
