The staff performed the duties as required. The challenge that arose during the move was the excessive rattling of the ball stem with the trailer attached, to the point that we had to pull over twice on the interstate to check for possible damages to the our SUV. During a fuel stop, it was discovered that the pig tail that connected between the trailer and vehicle for the lihhts had gotten caught on something or had been pulled by the excessive bouncing of the trailer resulting in the connector being pulled from the vehicle.

James RMake sure the customer service person advises that an email needs to be addressed before leaving the property. I had to pull over and take pictures a couple minutes down the road. Avoid saying "you're good to go". Was it because I chose email receipt/agreement only instead of paper?
