A quick thank you to Ellen who helped me with my moving truck this weekend. She got unexpectedly swamped with a line up of people all showing up at the same time, but stayed cool, calm and professional. .Moving time is stressful for everyone, so I appreciated her cool head. Thank you Ellen!

Why do you rent vehicle without cruise? Thisnis just ignorant... This location didn't have all tye blankets in ordered and didn't think that was an issue, even though i was transfer3d tonthis faster away location due to shortages for my order. Vehicle was dirty and damaged. Vehicle was not full of gas.

Van ran good and accomplished what it was needed for. AC was hit and miss with working, and tire pressure monitor warning light was on and would flash intermittently which caused constant checks to make sure tire was not going flat. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful during pick up and drop off. Might be a good idea to have a second staff member working on weekends as solo person was run off their feet with pick ups and drop offs.

No staff to assist with pick up as they were closed. App didn't work to take pics, unit had service engine light on. Truck was parked between a trailer and a panel van. Trailer had to be manually moved to get truck out. Pick up instructions were confusing. Truck gas level was not full.

I arrived after hours and believe this is a main hub for U-Haul, l filled up the truck with a full tank of gas and was able to find the night deposit for the keys with no issues.

The girl at the desk was very polite handed everything so effortlessly. Was nice to talk to her . Best person to ever come across. She was even helpfull while hooking the dolly to my truck she even checked that all the lights and everything was in order. Rise and shine girl 5 star experience.

There was a service light on throughout my service to service the tire pressure monitor system, or something related to that. However, that was less of an issue. The air conditioning did not work in the van and in fact, it only blew hot air. That made the day exhausting and uncomfortable since I could not cool down the van at all while I used it on a hot day. I called them to let them know about these issues and wasn't offered any solutions or anything when I dropped it off. I'm not sure if the location does the vehicle maintenance, so I don't want to blame them for it it they have no control over that. I had also emailed Cold Shot assuming it was sent to Cold Shot in Airdrie as per my search, but when they called back, it had gone to a place in Edmonton. They said Cold Shot just rented them for Uhaul, so I am unsure if Cold Shot does anything for maintenance. I don't want to fault them if they don't do the maintenance. The location was very efficient and the woman at the counter was very professional and friendly. I just think, however, that the vehicle should be confirmed to work properly before it's rented out. I still would recommend this location as long as the customer is made aware that a major vehicle system isn't working or they are offered solutions for problems. I've rented here many times over the years without issue.

The staff performed the duties as required. The challenge that arose during the move was the excessive rattling of the ball stem with the trailer attached, to the point that we had to pull over twice on the interstate to check for possible damages to the our SUV. During a fuel stop, it was discovered that the pig tail that connected between the trailer and vehicle for the lihhts had gotten caught on something or had been pulled by the excessive bouncing of the trailer resulting in the connector being pulled from the vehicle.

Make sure the customer service person advises that an email needs to be addressed before leaving the property. I had to pull over and take pictures a couple minutes down the road. Avoid saying "you're good to go". Was it because I chose email receipt/agreement only instead of paper?

Check tire pressure on all four wheels so that my low tire pressure gauge isn't going off within 10 minutes after I leave the lot.

Unfortunately, there was next to no tread left on the tires. When this was brought to staff’s attention, it didn’t seem to be treated as a serious concern. This is very concerning, as worn tires are a significant safety issue. I would strongly recommend reviewing the maintenance and safety checks that are being done on your equipment to prevent something more serious from happening.

The rental deal I had negotiated the day prior on the phone with a U-Haul agent interested phone who informed me that my unit wouldn’t be available in Red Deer was not properly reflected in the contract upon pickup. This lied to having to try and have the same negotiations again . Completely unacceptable. In addition, I forgot to check the fuel gauge of the unit vs that on the contract and that led to $40 extra fuel costs. Overall this rental cost me 4 hours and $70 more than I expected. I am not a fan of U-Haul.

Terrible customer service. Do not reccomend. Told us we where over our estimated milage, in which we where not. We took photos of when we got the uhaul and when we returned it. Most definitely where not over.

Ensure rentals are in good condition (the handle broke off the door and there was a flat tire, so we had to exchange it). Provide customer service efficiently. Two staff were helping one customer for 10 minutes before helping us.

Increase staffing levels. I arrived at location opening and it took 1 hour to get trailer. One person is inadequate. Trailer had a broken front right tie-down point which would have been preferential for motorcycle use.

A $107 trip turned into a $350 trip. I was not notified that by extending my trip an extra day that the price of klms would double. I was told it would be $37 that turned into $199. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.

The staff was SO kind, and friendly. The uhaul was clean however the engine light was on and it struggled alot and we kept thinking it wouldn't make it. We also gassed up immediately upon return as there is a gas station at this uhaul location but the claimed they needed to put an extra 24 dollars in. I emailed them about it with no response. That is my only reason for not recommending.

Was expecting to get a trailer with the loading ramp. Surprised to see I was given a trailer with barn doors. Disappointed - nothing else available when I had booked the Ramp trailer just a couple of weeks earlier

Service was great. Hooked me up fast. Pickup and drop of was super fast. The guy was great, easy going, excellent customer service. It is my prefered location. Will always use this location, I regularly rent the 5x8 and 6x12. Please have them stocked at this location.
