Frank QGeneral comment: Was told with the reservation made online that mileage for that vehicle was included. I received the first 33 miles, then was charged after that which amounted to about $74. This is not satisfactory.
Dane MWhile the pick up and customer service were great, I had originally reserved a truck close to my home. I was notified the day before my reservation that the pick up location had been moved 30 miles from my home. This made it very inconvenient.
