The app experience was TERRIBLE. We got our truck finally after being delayed 6 hours and it was nearly impossible to even get it then. Even when we tried to call customer service we would stay on hold then it would just hang up. But that was our only option because the lady in the office had such a “not my problem “ attitude and didn’t care to actually help us.

The truck was not dirty and we did not leave a mess in it but we were charged $25 cleaning fee we were not anticipating.
