I was frustrated I had to drive so far out of my way for the truck. I reserved a 10 ft truck at the location right by my house. I received a call from uhaul the truck I reserved wasn’t available and that they had a 15ft truck (larger than I wanted or needed) across town. Seeing as I didn’t have any other option I accepted the alternative. As I drove by the uhaul location by my house I saw 4 10ft trucks sitting there. When I got my truck at the far away location, it was dirty and the tank was not full. Next time I need a truck I will try to see what other options exist before looking at uhaul again.
