The vehicle was dirty when we got it. The weather strips were coming loose on the drivers side. We did not receive any of the blankets we payed for. Overall the customer service was poor and quite rude.

Head office charged me for two days when I actually only used it for one. So not impressed with that. And then I put gas in it and then was charged extra for gas. Which was stupid. But what ever. The extra say really choked me.
Shauna CWe went to three location to drop off. We were told we can drop at any location but we were sent to 2 other locations before we called U-Haul and had them tell us. Why couldn’t the first location call traffic and tell us where. Over all okay
Amy Dbooked trailer at progress glass then got phone call telling me i needed to go to winterburn uhaul. showed up there and they did not have a trailer for me. they phoned to see where I could get a trailer and was sent to progress glass. progress glass is 5 min. from my house but drove 25 to the other pickup point and then back to spruce grove for my trailer rental
