Our reservation was to be picked up in Hurricane, UT, but they gave the truck to somebody else and we had to drive an extra 30 minutes to get a truck. We should definitely be compensated for this unprofessionalism!

KAT PLexie was very friendly and professional. She did a great job taking our car dolly off the truck, and she gave us some wiggle room with our return time for the truck. Lexie made the return of our equipment quick and easy.
TIMOTHY MFirst thing I noticed when I opened door was how dirty it was. Food and what looked like ashes all over inside. Smelled dirty inside. Opened the back cargo area and it was dirty, had dirt and debris all over even on the ramp when we pulled it out.
