The 4x8 trailer rented apparently had one or both eherls out of balance as there was objectionable bouncing/shuddering between 20 and 26 mph.

Signage and parking/walking access to the front office for driver drop offs

Amy BThe parking lot was in terrible condition (muddy, gravel, weedy) and since it had rained, we were walking around in the mud to take pictures of the vehicle.
William BI did drop off after hours, so I have limited insight into the location. There was adaquate space to easily drop the car hauler.
