The truck was at less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. The back was very dirty. I was told to put gas in the truck and clean it out. I took it to pick up a queen size mattress and drove it approximately 5 miles. Returned it in less than 2hours and did not clean it out, retuning as it was at the time of pickup.

The person at the location itself was very helpful, but I had tried to do the virtual check in before the location opened & it didn't work. I ended up being on the phone for 20 minutes with Uhaul customer service while they tried to figure it out. I ended up just waiting until the location opened & got the keys that way. Everything else went fine after that.

Please next time don’t lie to me and just tell me a truck isn’t avaialable and you overbooked. After the fact, we ended up getting the truck in time but when people are booking UHauls trucks to move this is a stressful time so calling them and telling them you can’t be there to pick up the truck after you confirmed all was good for early pick up was not professional. We did get the truck for 7am pick up after spending 2 hrs on the phone with several Uhaul businesses and customer service. We talked to a few other people that moved this same weekend and I guess UHaul in general is known for this so be careful when renting. And beware you could not have a truck. The 24 pick up online was great! After found out all locations have this and you should be able to get your truck or trailer anytime so don’t let them tell you they can not be there so you have to come in later.

The place was supposed to be open 10am-2pm and I dropped the truck off at 12:30pm and no one was there. I called the number on the door and didn't get an answer. I called the uhaul number and was told to leave the keys under the driver seat and park the truck in front which I did.

Have information on websites updated. The location I was renting a truck in Wisconsin Rapids, WI indicated it had a 10' truck and then I got a call saying that the nearest one was in Stevens Point. Could never get the 24/7 Share thing to work correctly.

When I ordered my uhaul online I was told it would cost 19.95. When I picked up the uhaul, the man told me to sign the receipt and did not go over it with me. Later I looked at the receipt and he charged me 29.95. That was really unacceptable. When I went to review my order online, it would not let me look up my order. Seems like a scam to me. Would never recommend

I thought this office was open on Sunday, that's why I selected it. I dropped the trailer off in the parking lot and it was checked in promptly on Monday morning. No big deal as long as I can access the parking lot. It would be nice to know off-hours drop-off options for each dealer to be sure I can access the lot.

I had to drive 35 miles to this location when there was another location just 5 miles from my house with an identical trailer sitting in the parking lot

To start, I had to call them to confirm my booking, as I had not heard from them as of 1:30 PM the day prior and my booking as for noon. The website had said this location was open til 1:00, so I scheduled my pickup for 12:00. At 11:53, while I was en route to pick up my equipment, I received a phone call asking if I would be there soon because they were closing. We got there a couple of minutes later. The lady who set us up did not seem to understand the system, as she kept asking me questions that I had already answered when I made the booking online. When I mentioned that, she blamed the "new system", which I was skeptical of as I had rented uhaul equipment from a different location the weekend prior and had no issues. Then she informed me that she could only give me 12 moving blankets instead of 24 like I had reserved. When I questioned why that had not been mentioned when I'd spoken to them on the phone the day before she just said that equipment wasn't always available even if I booked it, which I understand, but I would have made other arrangements had I known I couldn't get the full 24 blankets. It was a very negative experience and I will not ever rent from this location again.

The pick-up process was horrendously long -- 35 minutes! The ladies didn't seem to fully understand the U-Haul system and had issues with it. They kept saying there was a glitch in the system that resulted in having to start over twice.
