The picture on the website of this location is not the picture of the pick up address, but I guess the parking lot where the equipment is stored down the street. I chose this location because it looked well-lit and safe and as a young single woman I wanted to feel safe. There were two other people confusedly wandering around the parking lot trying to figure out where to go to pick up their keys, so I'm not the only one who was lost. The actual pick up location was in a gas station which was not very clean and did not feel safe, though the gentleman behind the counter was helpful and friendly. It was not easy to identify as a U-Haul location from the street and took us a long time to figure it out. I am very glad that I was not picking up at night or I may have just moved my reservation elsewhere.

Have an attendant that knows what he is doing. This guy did not know the difference between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank of gas. He kept insisting that I put more gas in the tank then what I initially received when the truck was rented. Every time I tried to explain the difference between 1/4 and 1/2 tank he would accuse me of arguing with him and threaten to find other areas to charge me if In don't shut up. Eventually I put more gas in the truck to end the discussion. Later he charged my card for the extra mileage and I was $11.24 short. I told him I lived in the area and would return with the difference. He gave me a tough time about leaving to get the funds. Shortly I returned with my wife and she used her card to pay the difference. He did not know how to process the new card. He called someone who tried talking him threw it but to no avail. He then asked me to sign a promissory note and told me that failure to follow through on this Payment could have negative repercussions. My concern is that this attendant who had no clue spent the entire time trying to grandstand me regardless of what customers were present. Even when he was wrong, he was very confrontational, and attempting to brow beat me into submission. I have been a Uhaul customer for more than 28 years and have yet to have any attendant make me feel like this one did. I called Uhaul and paid the $11.24 balance and today I received a notice via e-mail that it was still outstanding and a $30.00 late fee was added. Customer care is very important to me. Vehicle was filled with a strong smoke Oder. Papers were left in the cab from previous renter. There was a truck rental closer to me than the one that I was directed to.

This was a very frustrating experience. The employee did not know what he was doing and actually asked me to return the truck the next day since he couldn't figure it out. After 45 minutes we called U Haul and they also were not helpful but the employee finally called his boss who told him how to enter it in to the computer. Terrible experience.

This was a service station that was understaffed and we competed for attention with customers buying snacks and fuel. The attendant was unable to print a receipt despite our lengthy wait. Another individual who was friends with the employee helped out, but to no avail. That individual then panhandled us as we were leaving. I am a generous and patient man so I gave him ten dollars.. We tried the online return but it kicked us out at the final step. Rethinking ever using UHaul again. If I do I will go to a full service dealer if I can find one
