The trailer provided and hooked up by this location detached while I was on the highway endangering my life as well as others. It also damaged my hitch luckily I was still able to make it to my destination safely.
Lanisha K.It was a used car lot with a couple of uhaul vehicles there. No one was around at first, Finally a guy came out and pointed at where I should drop the trailer. No help was offered, no receipt, no inspection of the trailer. I unhooked it and wheeled it in to the place he told me to and took photo's of the trailer to show it was in the same condition as when I picked it up in Brooklyn. The drop location was a lot farther from my house than I really wanted to go and there are several uhaul locations closer to me. Over all my experience was great, except for the drop off location.
