Note: To Whom It May Concern at U-Haul Corporate Office: I will be calling corporate office about this location and the 15-foot truck that we reserved. After being with U-Haul now for 4 years plus this is one of the worse location and truck that we have ever reserved. I have pictures where there were 2 bloody mattresses still in the truck and the location rep asked me and my team to empty out the truck (which we were reluctant to do but didn't have any other choice as they had no other 15-foot truck and we were already behind to get to our customer). The inside cab was also dirty and the steering wheel had something sticky on it as well. On top of it all was that when we got the truck it was only 13 mile to empty as gas was low. We had to put in at least $25 worth of gas to help get to our location and the rep stated that our initial invoice total was around $38 for us to use the truck for 4 hours which we used. Now we get the receipt and it's a total of $119.33 charge to our card. I feel this location is not being honest with the charges and especially with dirty trucks. I personally would like for my company (Loves Moving Services) to be refunded to the fullest from these charges. Can someone within your corporate office please call me back asap as I would like to take this issue to the next level. Sonia TAfter reserving our truck and 2 auto transports online, We flew in to pick up our rentals. We went to pick up a 26' truck and they closed early (6pm) but their hours say they close at 7pm. After calling several times and leaving messages, we left to go to another location. After about 20-30 minutes, someone called me back. They told me keys were in the lock box 3. We returned to their location to get the keys, but no keys were in lockbox 3. We called, texted, and left messages again. Finally they told us to check the key return box. 4 hours after our reservation pick up time, we finaly got the keys. Nobody checked us in. Nobody was there to answer our questions. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. We will never use Uhaul or any of its affiliates again. We had to pay our movers an extra day. We did not get our 2nd auto transport, and they did not get the return date correct.
