The pickup was fine. The drop off was a struggle. The app did not allow me to upload photos of the truck (tried 3x). When I used the virtual assistant (VA) inside the (VA) could not locate my reservation #, last name, or phone number. Not sure why and then put me on hold. When I called UHaul, I was given conflicting instructions from what I was told on the App. If you are going to use a virtual mgr., it needs to work 100% of the time. My situation was probably an isolated incident but it would keep me from recommending to others or at least offering a recommendation with caution. Truck was fine, moving was fine. It was just the drop off.
