The man inside was a younger man who didn’t even get out of his chair to check the equipment when I arrived. I took my own pics of the trailer to document that nothing was wrong and it had the time of day and date stamp to just be sure. Then I get an email that I was three days late dropping off the trailer. I had to prove that I did exactly when I returned the trailer. Definitely will not use that location ever again.

Tommy CNO WAY TO LOCK THE TRAILER TO THE TOWING VEHICLE. THIS GOES FOR ALL U-HAUL TRAILERS. SAFETY CHAIN HAD A BAD C-CLAMP THAT COULD NOT BE CLOSED. I HAD TO PUT MY OWN LOCKS ON THE SAFETY CHAINS TO MAKE THEM SECURE. GIVE MORE THAN 15% TO THE LOCAL VENDOR AND MAYBE THEY WILL CHECK STUFF LIKE THIS, YOU GREED HEADS!!!
