John SThis is a store front drop off. We could not park the 20ft U-Haul in the parking space near the area. We parked the u haul across the far end of parking lot. Left a dolly in the back unlocked truck.

JEFFREY GThis review is not in reference to this specific location. The check-in process was very difficult and unpleasant. The system/app was down making it impossible to get my keys. We rented moving blankets that were not included with the truck and there was no one available to correct this. We had to purchase moving blankets last minute to protect our furniture. I wasn't able to select my preferred check-in day when booking the rental. This caused extra charges on the overall price. Overall, the "digital" experience was a nightmare.
