1. The exterior of the trailer absolutely filthy dirty when I picked it up. 2. There was no one there to help me hitch it up. 3. The wheels were down in a ditch. It was very awkward to hitch it up. 4. While I am making these complaints, I'd like to complain about a previous UHaul experience. The lighting pigtail that UHaul (Castleton/Indianapolis) install on my 2020 GMC Acadia was wrong. The installer left the wiring improperly secured. The wiring came loose, dragged on the ground and, destroyed the pigtail connector. I had to splice a new one onto the old wiring. When I complained to the facility, they told me the installer had been fired.

There were no keys in the lockbox and only by chance a gentleman who knew the onwer came by, called him and was eventually able to find keys. Plus the truck was basically blocked in a parking space, had to fold the mirrors in and guide it out of the lot.
Luke KSun City Feed and Seed had no one at their store. I had to call and finalize the transaction over the phone. I had to attach the tow dolly to my truck which was fine because I am a man. But what if it had been a little old lady. Finally, my in line reservation was going to cost me $86. However, once I got to my drop off point there were charges that I did not make and my bill was $109.65. Sun City Feed and Seed will never get my business again.
ROBERT NThe truck smelled absolutely horrible. It smelled like something seriously died. The container itself had old used towels and trash that we had to clean before using the truck. I would not use this again nor would I recommend.
