WILLIAM SI recently rented a U-Haul truck, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The reservation was quick and easy over the phone, and the store staff were helpful and efficient. The representative explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The truck was clean and in good condition. The staff walked me through the truck features and made sure I understood how to use them. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and would use them again if I have another need.
