Arrived a few minutes early and pleased to find that our truck was ready. Staff at Hoppy's Food Mart were friendly and professional. Was not expecting to rent a brand-new truck, but was very pleased with the equipment. The rental procedure using the phone to submit photos was new to me and was easy to use. U-Haul seems to have really embraced technology and made for a great experience. Thank you so much!
NICHOLAS VLocation was great, truck was great, and the man at the shop was helpful. But I don't understand why I was charged so much for gas. It had 1/4 tank when I departed. I drove 11 miles. I researched the MPG and added the appropriate amount of gas (I kept my receipt). I returned the truck with 1/4 tank. I took pictures of the dash when I departed and when I returned, and the gas gauge is similar in each. Was I supposed to fill the tank completely when it had 1/4 tank when I started and I only drove 11 miles?
