I had a 5x8 enclosed trailer reserved and was told that location Woods supermarket had the equipment. I got there and all it was available was a 5x9 and a 4x8 in closed. I couldn't use the 4x8 I was hauling sheet goods I took the 5x9 but they wouldn't let me have it until I paid an additional amount. I called U-Haul after immediately getting the trailer and was told someone would contact me at the end of the rental to make that adjustment I was still charged $29 for the rental there was no adjustment made. Could someone contact me to fix this please.

Debby SWhen I rented the trailer online, I chose a drop off location closer to home. The pickup location had a different location in their system. It worked out fine but my original order was not honored. Might be an issue for someone in the future.
