Had problems picking truck up problems dropping truck off rented appliances dolly needed a small box dolly did not have one had to go to another location to get a dolly then had to return to we're rented truck witch was 50 miles out of my way instead of the location I requested witch was only 5 minutes from where I moved to them wife had to make a special trip the next day to return box dolly to different location

HOWARD WI think I received at least 50 emails from uhual over 2 days. All I rented was a 6x9 open ramp trailer for 1 day. Many mistakes were made including the wrong trailer until I happened to catch it the night before. This transaction was handled very poorly. I rented a small truck from them a couple weeks ago and it was fine. We do our grocery shopping at Woods and they are normally very service oriented.
