RICHARD SIt's easier when you pick it up if it's full of gas, I tried to get it close when I was done with it it, but uhaul was great at crediting me the difference. We had a great experience as long as all the miles get credited. 3 different people offered us credits based on picking up and dropping off elsewhere, in fact my drop off got changed twice and my pickup once, other than that we will rent from uhaul again
scott fThe place was closed and there was no one there although their webpage suggested they were open. I felt a little uneasy just leaving the trailer there with no documentation so I took a few pictures of it there showing it was back undamaged.
