Got charges for fuel even when filled it to the same level and more charges are ridiculous for fuel.
Damanbir singh T.Maintain your fleet better. Truck was dirty and it felt like it was going to come apart. Wasn't sure if it would last long enough to complete our move. Only had the truck for 7 hours and dropped back of to same location we picked up from. Got a call 2 days later asking when we were gonna return the truck. Will not rent from this location again. Location was 2 different adresses and very scetchy and dirty area. Business was ok but not super friendly at all. We felt like we were bothering them just by being there.

pranil B.Well I rented the vehicle on line and I got the reservation number. I called the location of pick up. This location was on 64 and King George in Surrey BC.The sales rep told me the vehicle has been rented and he has a 10 footer which I can take instead of the original rental. I went to pick up he told me I will have to pick up from another location.I waited for about an hour. He told me there was a computer glitch. I went to the location 71A and 134 Surrey bc.I picked up the rental after 1 hour 30 minutes. I did the customer review from the place I picked up the truck.
