Have a Uhaul representative at the pickup location at the guaranteed time. I was told to pickup at 8:30 am and no one opened the location until after 9:00 am. Missed a ferry connection as a result. Once the representative arrived at 9:00 am he spent 15 minutes or so opening the store, turning on lights etc.

Not happy with the service and the truck overall

I reserved a pickup at 8AM through your online reservation system. I arrived at the location to find them closed until 9. When I returned at 9, there was 4 others picking up trucks (takes time, large fleet at this location). I didn't get the trailer picked up and on my way until almost 10 - this caused additional timing headaches for me throughout the day. Why wasn't I informed that this location opened at 9?! How was I allowed to book earlier? If you're going to have a rental fleet of 10+ vehicles at a location, you should have more than 1 cashiers terminal capable of handling transactions. Staff were doing their best, and were friendly, but is was slow.

My pick up was scheduled for 07: 30am but there was nobody to help me at this location. A guy showed up and said that their timings have changed. On multiple request, He handled with the truck key.

The gentleman was friendly. The truck was not clean on the outside and the gas gauge read lower than the checkout form. There was no walk-around performed. The headlights flickered, which made the nighttime drive through snowy mountains interesting. Also, I had to drive an additional 10 miles to pick the truck up, which meant leaving my car in a different location and having to catch a ride.

The most unpleasant experience ever. Took for ever to fill out contract. Quipment was missing parts. They did not even have any connector for the lights. Had to drive without lights. Never ever again

The interior of the box was covered in some kind of grease or oil. My husband fell off the ramp as it was extremely slick from some kind of oily substance! If he had been seriously injured we would be suing you right now. So I think you need to somehow have a way to make sure your agents are cleaning the trucks and the equipment properly to protect yourselves. Deneen Cook

The person we dealt with was very friendly and super efficient. He explained everything to us very well and were more than satisfied with his customer service! The vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas which most rental vehicles are full and then you fill up before you take back. I find this to be a bit shady as it is more difficult to figure 1/4 tank than full tank. Also...there was a square panel in the middle of the box/van that was not secure. Some of the rivets were broken which meant when you stepped on it, you sank. This was a safety hazard. Not only was it a tripping hazard, but someone could fall through. That should be fixed. We notified the staff upon arrival.

Put a fense around you building vehicles so that people dont steal you catlytic converters. Profesionally clean your cars after every customer. Take better care of your cars because driving that 20foot truck a bit dangerous. Suspesion and steering are absolutely destroyed.

Need to improve service. Actually one person did so many task, its difficult to attend one job at one time with good smile. Last time I used same service from 84 ave near king jorge in that area all staff members were good In their job. They gave me neat and clean van. Before I went to my job they explain me each and everything about van. I liked this Because most of the people didn't know about these vehicles. So its important to explain about vehicle.
