This location at the JWR location, they were helpful and got me on the road with the trailer. This is NOT for this location but what I was told from U-Haul call centre and because of this I won’t be using U-Haul again. I was lied to and said travel on trailers is not charged but I was charged $600 for a one way drop off fee for the trailer when I could have picked a trailer from one location and dropped it off at the same location!! Completely lied to by U-Haul when I called. Again not this location. The cost of this I could of had the trailer for 6 weeks not 3-24hr period… The JWR location, they were helpful and got me on the road with the trailer. Much appreciated.
