I went to this location to pick up my U-Haul. I had a difficult time finding out where to get my key. When I finally called and they told me where to get my key, I drove to my location to pick up my items. When I arrived at my location, I realized that there was a deadbolt lock on the back of the U-Haul. I had to drive all the way back up to the location and the employee inside clipped off the deadbolt. I also realized that the two dollies that I paid for were not in the back of the U-Haul. I spoke to a gentleman yesterday who told me that the only thing that I would have to pay was around $50. I received my receipt yesterday and it said that I had been charged a total of $107 and some change. I will not ever go back to U-Haul for anything. This was the worst first experience I’ve had with them.
