It is difficult to move your furniture between a lot of things without the necessary tools that supposed to have an efficient moving. I added some resources that this store do not supplied any additional tool I requested so, it was complicated to move without it. The truck was extremely filthy. At the end at payed for all requested without get my refund immediately from U-Haul. After I picked up the truck I reported this incident and they could not put a relevant note mentioned it to consider an immediately refund at drop off the truck for the service not executed. It was a very disappointed experience at U-Haul
David AVery easy to reserve and pick up. Towing trailer was a dream- very smooth and tracked perfectly. Drop off was extremely busy and had to wait too long. I removed the trailer myself and had to look for someone to check me out so I can leave. Once done, very easy to finalize. Would do it again.
