the location and choices are great. the poor young girl that opened up clearly was not well trained. she could manage the computer but could not find the closest drop point to me in Alberta so told me to drop it close to my home. she also said for insurance reasons she had to hook up the trailer. she was clearly not trained. i sit on the national committee for trailers for DOT Canada so i am infinitely familiar with trailers. she was not strong enough to tighten the coupler to safe so i did later. she inserted the light plug upside down and could not reason why the lights would not work and blamed my truck so i stepped in and turned it over and it worked perfectly. i apologized to her for her lack of training and said this was not a reflection of her but her employer. trip to Cochrane was great and i dropped off in Cochrane. the dealer she could find was se Calgary about 70 km away so i dropped it off in Cochrane which is 5 minutes from home and they said i would be charged a drop of fee so i explained my situation. Steve called uhaul and explained. i had a great return call from dispatch and they will refund the erroneous drop fee this is our third rental this year and we still will rent from uhaul as we have since 1973

Guy MI had the trailer for 1 hr got a flat tire. It took over 4.5 hrs for a tech to show up and fix the tire. That took another 50 min, I missed my ferry do to this by 20 minutes. Ended up having to get a air bnb for the night.
Christopher LBelow Average -The parking lot needs gravel and levelling(pot holes), but it's shared by heavy trucks so it will need to happen often.. Above Average - U-haul is near a dump transfer station and that is extremely helpful. Get your yard waste, take to transfser station, return trailer immediately - perfect. Excellent - customer relations ; hands on knowledge of the rental equipment. Very helpful - Thanks Anika
Robert TWhen I set up the rental, I chose mobile pick up. I got a call to switch the location but when I arrived I was unable to use mobile pick up. Fortunately a staff member helped me even though they weren't technically open yet. This delayed my start time and I felt rushed to return the truck on time. Otherwise I had no issues with the truck and the staff were very helpful in sorting out the mix up.
