There was no communication. I got no call the day before about where the pickup was. I had to text to find out that it was not at the location that I requested. Then I had to change my pickup time by 1.5 hours and magically it was available where I originally ordered from. The dolly was not in the truck so thank God I checked beforehand. The app and website was no help since it was not updating with new information and the order wouldnt even show up in the app. It made an already stressful day even worse. I will never use Uhaul again and neither anybody I know. $1500 for such a poor excuse for a company with zero communication.
