The U-Haul location was hard to find and the signage was not prominent from the street in order for me to find it. The lock box had a lock that was very old and hard to read. After talking to U-Haul customer service, I was able to locate the boxes and get my key and truck.
WILLIAM HMy U-Haul rental experience went quite well. The only issue was minor [tire pressure sensor warning] but nothing hindered the moving process.
