COURTNEY HMy drop off point was the south store, but when I got there the lady informed me that I needed to go to the north location. I showed her my documentation and she accepted the drop off. Sadly, I did not get her name. She was very helpful. When we went to park the truck, there was another extremely woman in the back. She told us that we were at the wrong location and that we needed to drive the truck there. When I tried to explain that my paperwork said this location, she told me they had no way of getting the truck to the other location and that I had to drive it there. I told her that the lady inside understood the confusion and accepted the truck. She rudely asked for the keys while giving me and my son nasty looks. I went inside to let the lady know and she said it was okay that we drop the truck off here and to not worry about the other woman.
