The staff was very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and did its job. A couple nit-picky things that I explained to the staff: there was a bit of a gas leak when I was getting gas to return the truck. Some gas leaked out from under the vehicle. It did not continue leaking once I was done putting gas in. Their staffer said they would check it out. The rear-view mirror on the left door moved when the door was shut, so it was necessary to reach out the window and adjust it before driving the vehicle. I explained that to the staffer as well.
