They gave me a number to call to complain about the totally unsafely maintained truck. I called that number, and they took down all the details and said we would be called back about compensating me about the near death experience I had in driving it, but national uHaul never called me back. They said that uHaul outlets do not maintain vehicles, that is the responsibility on national uHaul. I will be covering this failure of National uHaul to safely maintain their vehicles in a story to be broadcast on a national public radio network.
