Excellent staff, the equipment was clean and highly functional, especially the A/C! Total lifesaver👍
james cI realize that U-Haul probably doesn't include "tongue jack" on their trailers to reduce complexity and potential for damage. However, the tongue weight of the empty 6 X 12-foot trailer was more than most people would be able to (or want to) lift. I had no issues with it, but other customers might be better served with some sort of jack or block system, at least for pick up at your facility.
Paul DDropoff was fine. Easy enough!
