ARIEL BThe location was convenient but the inside of the cab wasn’t that clean. The steering wheel needs to be wiped down, but husband wore gloves to drive with.
JENNIFER MI was waiting 30 min for someone to show up. Nothing was ready and no lock for the sliding door and the handle was half on the sliding door. I returned everything like I received it. The son’s owner was nice and helpful and luckily he was there when I came back. Few days later they charged me for a missing dollie that I 100% returned. I got in contact with U-Haul and reported the situation.
