We had zero idea if we were in the right location. There is no signage, no vehicles to tell you you're in the right location. Hard to find and confusing.

anna gI rented a truck for 2995 and blankets for $10 and an appliance dolly for $10. I returned the truck on full and kept it under the 30 miles that we stated and somehow my bill is $233 I never agreed to that amount. This is a fraudulent charge.
CHRISTINA GAlthough my interactions with the employees were very good, my issues were with the vehicle itself. It did not have operational windshield wipers (hoped it wouldn’t rain). The yellow light indicator for oil was lit the entire time. It was very dirty inside the driving area. I chose the location for its convenience to my home. Again, no beef with my interactions- very helpful and easy to work with.
