I was very satisfied from start to end. The lady who called me two days before scheduled rental was very friendly, turns out to be she was from El Paso (which was where I was heading to). Where I picked up the rental, the girl there too was very nice. My experience with U-haul was excellent. Thank you!

April LLocation is fine. The issue I had is that I had to do the whole transaction using their phone, talking to someone I hoped was actually doing a U-Haul transaction. I never signed anything, I left with no paperwork, and there was no one to ensure the equipment was safe. It all worked out but the whole process made me feel uneasy.
Wes JI was told an email with reciept was sent at turnin. It has been over 24 hours and still no receipt???????? Sure could use one!!!!! Thanks
