Have visited this location in the past. Always plenty of trucks available. Service usually is fair/somewhat good. Easy access to road. On Saturday however, I rented a 26' truck in the am and returned it that evening . Didn't receive a receipt when I rented it like I normally do but I just dismissed it. Filled up with gas to the mark 1/4 tank like it was supposed to be before returning. The next day (Sunday ) I was quite surprised when I was charged $117 extra for a fuel fill up. The truck was driven 99 miles and is rated for 8mpg Highway (most of the driving was highway) Put $65 of fuel in which should have been enough. Called facility and they did credit me $24 (but I was still charged $93 more than it should have been. ) Unfortunately, I did not take pics of the gas gauge when truck was returned which won't happen again if I return to this location. Lesson learned! This is not the first time this has happened at this location by the way. Note to other customers-- better cover your a$$ here by taking lots of pictures and proof of everything. Otherwise, you could get over charged.

Very fast and easy check in and check out of the vehicle
WILLIAM PTruck was left with very little gas. I had to fill it up before our trip. ($84). And turns out they gave us the wrong truck. They hadn’t checked out the last person who used that truck. U-Haul also tried to charge me the 2,000 that the truck had gone. Very sloppy way to do business not to mention a waste of money on gas to fill it up.
