Everything goes well. Customer service was excellent. The van that we rented was brand new and super clean. I will recommend this place to everyone.
FLORITA VI reserved a truck online for a pick up location and a different drop off. I showed up to pick up the truck and location was never discussed. I dropped off the truck and now I’m being charged for a wrong drop off charge. No where online did it say an option for one way. All I’m asking is to be charged a one way vs a wrong drop off location.

KIM GDon't know what you could do better. Reservation process was painless. I changed plans 3 times and you flexible throughout. The pick up was quick and simple. Drop off after hours is a great option and simple. And last but certainly not least the folks at Old Town Rentals were extremely nice, professional and highly knowledgeable. So how do you improve on that? No charge? That's all that's left. Thanks
