Bring back the option to have paid employees and contractors of uhaul to do inspections and such. Customers shouldn't be responsible for verifying truck condition and more. I dont have a smart phone. Renting with uhaul without it is a laborious ordeal

BRIAN PThe key box should be located such that it can be isolated from the outside weather or some kind of provision should be there so that the lock should not be affected by the weather conditions.
