Couldn't ask for better service. Knowledgeable, efficient, cooperative, easy to work with, went out of way to be helpful. Computers were extremely slow with UHaul program and had to do over because lost/froze at end first time done.vicki M.
This truck we rented & the experience...it was horrible!! We even let the employee at the desk know about the broken AC & my husband asked for a different truck or discount & all she said was don't kill the messenger because it was like that when the last customer drove it to this location from Colorado & he told them everything was great. The AC only blows on the feet setting & it takes forever to get cold. Also, if u turn the key off the process starts over. It was like driving in an oven until it would get cold. And then we get told it is going to cost $431.20 for a one way trip in this truck, which is their $19.95+tax in-town move 1, because the drop off location has too many trucks?! How is that our fault & how in the world does it make sense to charge for that?? Even the employee said it didn't make sense & apologized...And also, how is there no cruise control on this truck for that amount?? Seriously?? A 5hr drive with no cruise control & feet ac at almost $500....just wow. >:|Sandra M.
The personnel was rude and mean. I was late but I had called and spoke with someone. I had no idea it was from somewhere "traffic". When I arrived I did apologize and proceeded to try and get done as quickly as possible because I knew I was late. She badgers that I should have known they close at 12 and it was on the website. Moving is stressful enough but when you have someone who doesn't know your situation speak harshly to you because you were late adds fuel to the fire. After I proceeded to tell the attendant my whole moving crew didn't show at the last minute she changed her tune. But that didn't make matters any better for me. She already added stress to a stressful situation. Once she was told the reason I was late, which I don't believe was any of her business, she tried to be more friendly. She was a day late and a dollar short on customer service.Kelley P.

The place was nice but it was closed at drop off. It was easy to return even though it was closed. I hope they do not let the truck leave their location with leaking in the cab when it rains and puddles forming in the floor board from the rain. The emergency Break light stays on even though the Ebrake is off and the engine light came on when we made it to TX.Melinda S.

Although the staff was (somewhat) helpful, the entire process for renting this piece of equipment was a pain. From the begging, I had issues with reserving the equipment at the original location (they said my reservation had been canceled). I was then re-routed to this other location, where the staff had not been notified of our arrival, despite the claims made by the previous location. Further, the staff was minimally helpful and did not hook up the equipment as the person who normally did that was not available. Again, the staff member here was very polite, friendly, and supplied some of the resources we needed. However, this location did not have the other pieces of equipment we needed (to rent or to buy). I understand all fault cannot be placed on the specific location, but rather, on U-haul as a whole because of the initial issues with the reservation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the U-haul experience on the front end of this rental, which is unfortunate because I have used their services in the past and would have used them in the futureâ€”not likely after the frustration caused by this recent encounter.Patrick M.

Not happy at all with TRAFFICING~ I rented this on line. I had put in the location at the State Line Location in Texarkana. I never received any word until I got there to pick it up, that the reservation had been changed to the NASH location. And, when I got there, they did not have the truck I had originally reserved. I had to make TWO trips in a smaller truck to get it done. I have always heard that U-Haul is the best. I did not experience the BEST! What I got was confusion, not only with me, but with both locations, and I do not plan on using U-haul again, if this is the kind of service I am to expect. As well, I will not refer anyone to you all. Sad, that you all have ended up like this, after all these years. No Happy!!!!Sheila L.
