The rental office and the equipment location are at different locations so that might be a little confusing if you are a first time customer.
BENJAMIN SGot charged for cleaning the truck when we sweep it out wipe it down the was clean when we drop it off and didn’t get a appliance dolly that we ask for and just got a small dolly we not go back to him anymore cause we have not had any problems with U-Haul in past
