George S.Place was impossible to get in/out of and the ramp was missing off the truck. The rep came to my storage unit and verified it was missing. We had to muscle a whole household of furniture etc on and off the truck. Then they gave us an appliance dolly. I had NO appliances. This dolly was useless. I think I deserve a credit on my rental!!
William F.There were no blankets at this location. I had to go to another uhaul location for blankets. They also had the correct trailer at this location, which would have made everything easier.
