Make customers aware that there are NO supplies available at this location. Convenient and easy access, nice staff. However, I was overcharged by over $100 when U-Haul moved my rental to this location and I had to file a dispute.

When we arrived at the location, there was no one around. After waiting for 10 mns I went in search and finally found someone. Told him I was dropping off a UHaul truck, on Friday 7/24, not 7/26, and I gave him the key and was told to leave the dolly by tge front counter. Thinking this was final done, I was absolutely shocked to get a text the next morning stating they don’t have the key. So I have to call again to get this sorted out as I had turned in the key. For a simple move this was a nightmare and will look to other rental companies in the future.
Karen RThe overall uhaul experience was so awful! Literally added so much stress to my day with the outage across the entire nationwide. I was supposed to pick up at 9am and movers coming at 10am. I wasn’t able to leave until 10:30am. I hired movers and they sat there for 30 minutes that I had to pay for. I would recommend this office, person working the at the desk was so helpful, there was literally nothing she could do and she wasn’t trying her very best. She really did so much for us with what she could.
BERRY Bthere was no one in the pick up location.. i waited in the lobby area for 10 minutes before i went looking for someone in the shop . this was not my first choice or where i made reservations at .. then the blankets i reserved were not available at this location.. i had to go to Beaverton to get. the truck had no gas n it wehn i picked it up .. the sensor said it had 77 miles worth of fuel. i returned it and sensor said it had 110 miles .. then i got hit with a fuel charge.. on principal this is ridiculoous
