We rented your U-Haul for 3 days and they overcharged us in our continuing to charge us and now my bill is at 500 and something dollars which is not going to be okay I will dispute this your customer service was horrible you guys did not check in my truck like you were supposed to do or check it out right and I can't get nowhere by calling your customer service cuz nobody wants to answer any questions or answer the phone by a real human being we want to answer with a human not a robot so I write this customer service has very poor and would never recommend you to anybody and I will be getting my refunds.

Unclear explanation on what I was being charged for. It exceeded 100 over what it was said
NICHOLAS MClose down this location due to lack of knowledge,the attendant never looked at the vehicle in or out of the location. The attendant no knowledge of the plan he was supposed to be handling. I would Not recommend this location to anyone! Terrible...

Albert LToo small van and unable to fit any decent size furniture or mattress. Dont get the Van.
