Système ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée. J’ai téléphoné pour avoir de l’aide. Personne ne me répondait en français. L’employé qui travaille sur place est arrivé vers 8:40. Il m’a aidé même si le magasin ouvrait à 9:00. L’employé m’a dit que le système était en panne. J’ai pu avoir les clés du camion à 9:15, mais ma réservation était pour 8:00. On est parti avec un camion qui n’avait plus d’essence. Les essuies glace étaient défectueux mais on n’a pas retourné au magasin car on avait perdu assez de temps.
KARINE DI was charged for petrol even though I returned the vehicle with the same petrol level as when I picked it up.
