We travelled 852 kms and were charged for 852 miles. When I reached out to uhaul they claimed all uhaul trucks odometers read in miles, even trucks sourced in Canada which is clearly not true. I know the truck was driven 852 kms. I could not contact this location by phone. Only the head office.
Kenneth KI had no problem with the location itself, but my overall experience wasn't great. My Rental got moved to this location from one much closer to the house I was moving from. The truck wasn't returned properly by the previous renter. Then after I have the truck my drop-off location changes because that location had "closed down" So then I had to go even further out of my way to drop it off. Costing me mileage!
JOSHUA JI relize this is a small rental location but rental and return process took way too long. Employees need to receive further training.
