The trailer had a bolt on it not allowing the hitch to go on the ball. I had no tools to remove it. I asked the person in the store for a pair of plyers. She had nine and sent me to a pizza pizza who couldn’t help. He told next go to garage next door but no one was there. No customer service at all. U-Haul needs to re-evaluate who they allow as their representative. All they care about is running their convience stores. I originally ordered a truck from a different location, U-Haul changed the pick to a different location 35 kms away. As we drove by the original location there was a teuck that sat in their lot all day

There wasn’t any equipment left as requested and
Monique RDealer couldn’t find my rental. Spent 30 minutes while he waited for his rep to call back to help. Dealer informed me he didn’t know how to hook up a trailer so if I didn’t know how I couldn’t rent the trailer. Upon return dealer couldn’t find any info about trailer return. Neither of them came out to inspect the trailer before or after the rental. Was also informed there would be a $50 up charge if I wanted to pay by cash instead of leaving it on my credit card which I’ve never heard of before. The roof leaks water into large gross totes, the entire appearance of the building and operation is terrible and look horrible on uhaul as a business location. The trailer brakes felt weak when loaded, the strap ratchets were seized and when I went to unhook the jack was stuck retracted and had to mess around with getting it to work again. This will be my last uhaul rental.
parker pThe trailers available had no working lights or bald tires. We had rented a trailer to drop off at another location out of town but they did not have a trailer we could take and drop off at another location . We ended having to a different location to get a trailer . It took over 2 hours to get a trailer . The whole experience was a nightmare!
