If there had not been a UHAUL at the drop off place, it would never have seemed like a possible place for a drop off.

The guy didn't know how to process the return if the equipment. I had to figure it out for him



The person at the gas station where we picked up the truck did not speak English well enough to communicate and had no idea what they were doing (new on the job). It took about an hour to get out of the door and his body odor was beyond offensive. Not at all what I need to be dealing with as my father had just died and we were renting a truck to move his belongings.

Drop this location!!. It took 30 minutes to return the truck because the agent had no idea what to do and had to call 'His Boss" When I told him I had put gas in the truck and gave him the mileage he told me to take a picture of the dash because he couldn't leave his station and didn't take my word for it. He then told be to step aside while he handled customers buying cookies and other items.. final experience left a bad taste.

The worker at this gas station did not speak fluent English and did not understand how to remedy a problem when one arose with the drop off. I had to speak on the phone for him to solve the problem. Customers downloading an app and doing it themselves should not be the fix-all answer- the workers at the drop off location should be able to handle the drop off process.

I arrived at the pick-up location. Completed the paper work wondering why I had to do it again after I did it on line. Next I'm a 63 y/o disable VET. I ask the two men who did not speak much English as the are from the land of sand, rag heads, if they were going to attach the trailer to my truck. One left in his car and the other was taking care of the store. So I hitched it by myself a 6 X 12 trailer. No safety inspection was done as far as lights. So I drove off knowing that if anything happen, I would file a lawsuit against the store and U-Haul.

About as bad as anyone could imagine that ended this morning when my credit card company called and said that my card was frozen because the guy that was in charge of the dealer had ran it through twice for the same truck after I paid online

person at station could not speak english well and we had a hard time communicating. The gentleman totally messed up the uhaul contrat.



The guys renting the uhaul lied about the amount of gas in the vehicle and cheated me out of money
