This location was about half a mile from the main U-Haul location on Alexis. It was not easily accessible and we could not use mobile pickup like we were told. There was not enough room on the property to even take the pictures for the app so we had to stop at another location to retake the pictures as the truck we rented had significant damage to it.

Kathy GI had a rental set up at a larger u haul store and received a call from u haul that you were changing my pick up location to a small independent service. when I asked why it was stated that the larger store would not have any trucks the size I requested on site. I asked for the truck from the smaller independent site to be delivered to the larger store and was told that could not happen. While driving to the small independent site I passed the regular u haul store and they had at least 8 trucks the size I wanted sitting there. From now on when I need a rental truck it will not be through u haul. The truck I had to use was not up to my standards, the doors had to be slammed hard to shut, the back door was hard going up and down very loud in the cabin while driving, and the steering was a little loose.
