Actually check that the previous customers didn’t smoke in the vehicle, actually take care to respond to customer issues and feedback, actually make any of the phone calls that were promised this is absolutely ridiculously unacceptable this is not on the location this is on the company as a whole

There was a homeless man sleeping right next to the U-Haul as I was trying to unlock the lock box. Mobile pick up process took forever even though I checked in. The trucks sliding door was open and there was a big piece of cardboard and trash in the back as if someone was in there before.
IVAN AThe location was behind businesses and for night pick up it didn’t feel safe. There are homeless people roaming the parking lot and standing close to the trucks. Also there is terrible service so when trying to connect on the app it was giving me a hard time and making it a longer process than it needed to be. The area needed to be well lit. The truck provided was not cleaned out before rental and had cardboard on the floor which I left in there. The truck also said it needed an oil change.
Alexis AThe problem with truck is the ac does not blow out the vents in front. Very hot out there. Not good. And the truck was not clean and there was 2 rods in there that I left incase someone comes for them.
