The stated operation hours were 11am to 5pm. I was there at 1:15pm and the doors were locked. I found an auto mechanic in the service bay and he could not help me, but said Scott would be back soon. I waited over an hour and he never showed up. I used the Uhaul website and rented the trailer, talked to a representative and was allowed to hook up the trailer myself and drive it away. The over all condition of the trailer was good just dirty. There was some kind of black splatter all over the fenders of the trailer and it was not swept out, looked like someone hauled plants or something in it and did not clean it. At least they had the trailer I needed and I was able to get my things home.

I dropped the truck off in the middle of the day on a Thursday and there was no one there. I called and no one picked up. I left a message and never receive a return call. I'm assuming, since I am receiving this survey, that the return was successful, but I really have no idea.

Maria EHad to drop off trailer on my own without getting any help from dealer. Personel to help me lift 2000# trailer was non existence. No instructions where to park trailer either. Then the home office could not check me out properly. Used wrong address and sent me text that trailer was still out as I had not turned it in. Even after calling them about drop off location. Second time this mistake has happened to me and cost me other service fees.
RICHARD ODrop off was changed to 30 miles from my house, no hours posted on the location and Noone was there at 10 am when I was told to drop it off. Sid shows up on his time and wasn't the most pleasant. Wanted my help to unhook the trailer.
