The two people in the office were excellent…they had a problem with one customer and were working on that in addition to helping me get on my way! They are truly an asset to your company. This kind of service is hard to come by these days!

SEAN SWe initially rented the truck from a place in town for the convenience and we were switched to the Hwy 21 location. My husband called the place where we made the reservation and they said U-Haul does this all the time. So we called to confirm that someone would be there when we picked up the truck. The person we talked to was going to be out of town not only when we wanted to pick up the truck, but when we needed to drop it off after we were finished moving. She didn't have any substitutes scheduled so we had to use the app which was VERY confusing. We ended up calling the initial place we rented from and they helped us out. Because of all the delay we got a late start moving. Also, the parking lot had numerous large pot holes and not very well lit when dropping off at night.
